Each member shall endeavor to give a specified amount per quarter- (the offering can be one dollar or more).

Missions or churches desiring the receipts of TMD shall make their request before the new quarter begins.  Only Missions or churches associating with the Missionary Baptist Association (MBA) of Texas may request or receive TMD funds.

The Advisory Council (consisting of one vote per participating church) shall vote by mail each quarter to determine the receipts.  Only active supporters will be sent ballots (active within one year).

A letter will be sent to each member notifying them of the actions taken by the Advisory Council and requsting them to send their offering before the quarter ends.

A meeting will be held annually at the designated time and place of the messenger body meeting of the Texas State Association.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss any problems, goals, or ideas for Texas Mission Development.
